Tucson Fishing.com provides anglers from Tucson, Arizona and anywhere else, a complete fishing resource. Southern Arizona Lakes are featured here as well as information about fishing in Southern Arizona. Lake fishing is our major theme, however we will also cover fly fishing, river fishing and salt water fishing. Tucson Fishing.com has information on Bass, Northern Pike, Walleye, our native Apache Trout and all the other fish found in Southern Arizona and all over our desert southwest. While Bass fishing is probably the most popular of game fish in the country, Trout, Walleye and Northern Pike are a challenge to catch as well and all these and more are featured in our hundreds of webpages

we have information on every one of the Urban lakes in Tucson and Phoenix AZ Lakeside Park Silverbell Lake Kennedy Lake Sahuarita Lake

There are three Tucson Urban Lakes and one in Sahuarita for a total of four in the Tucson Area

Silverbell Lake

Lakeside Park

Kennedy Lake

Sahuarita Lake

Silverbell Lake

Nice size lake in North West Tucson. Easy access from I-10. Lots of good fishing

Lakeside Park

In recent years Lakeside has experienced extremely low oxygen levels during the summer months. Consequently it has been necessary to cancel some catfish stockings. A state-of-the-art aeration system was installed by the City of Tucson in 2002 to improve lake conditions for fish.

Kennedy Lake

Urban Fishing License required. No live baitfish allowed. Contains: channel catfish, rainbow trout (in season), bluegill, redear sunfish, hybrid sunfish, largemouth bass, carp, and white amur

Sahuarita Lake

Not too far from I-17 , and with the new signs, it's not too hard to find. Not much shade on the lake, and some days it's crowded.but easy to fish and a nice drive to the lake. Make a day of it and visit Madera Canyon as well. It's about a 15 minute drive south into the mountains, it's a nice cool place to hike and watch birds.
